Featuring a Brix range of 0 to 20% with a high accuracy of ±0.007% up to Brix 2.000% and ±0.050% from Brix 2.001 to 20.000%. The PRM-2000α is suitable not only for low-sugar beverage but also cleaning solution. The detection section is able to withstand temperatures between -30 to 165℃ (during SIP / CIP).
